Hours of Operation

Our usual office hours are 9am to 5pm Eastern Standard Time. For our clients who live and work outside of this time zone, we are available  by appointment.

All calls and emails will be returned within 48 hours during business days (Monday to Thursday).


Your time is valuable, and so is ours. In the event that you need to change or cancel a scheduled meeting, we require 24-hour notice. In turn, we promise to honor our appointments and be on time as well.


All time spent on your projects will be tracked to the minute. We will send you weekly progress reports to keep you updated on how our team is utilizing your hours.


All of your files, project details, and other vital information are stored in your Client Portal. You will receive an email once your account is setup with details for login in and creating a password. a private communication

Payment + Invoicing

All payments for service hours, packages, and products are paid upfront using ACH, PayPal, or credit card. Invoices are sent electronically on the 1st of the month. All services are prepaid and work will commence once payment is received. All billing and payments can be found in your Client Portal.


When you buy a package of time with us, we commit to having enough time available to serve you. Our commitment to you affects how we work with our other clients. For that reason, we don’t offer refunds on unused hours or allow unused hours to roll over.


To exchange documents and images, we utilize OneDrive. No account is needed on your part. We will share a secure online folder with you that will be used to hold all documents shared with us. This link will be in your welcome email and in your Welcome Letter in your Client Portal


We adhere to a strict confidentiality code and no information will be divulged to a third party. All documentation shared will be used only for the purpose of providing consulting services with you and your team. We take your confidentiality very seriously and ask that you do the same.


To safely exchange passwords, we use LastPass. We ask that our clients set up an account so that they can securely share their login and passwords with us.

Based on our discovery call, our agency will send you a custom proposal and suggest the right Online Business Management package for you. The proposal will include our rough insights, pinpoint potential projects, and next-step recommendations.


This one-time, 90-minute strategic planning session with our team is mandatory for all packages to kick off our working relationship.

This is your opportunity to lay it all on the table and let us know exactly which areas of your business you want to improve, how you think your team & projects can be better managed, and what systems you want to put into place to make your business run smoothly. It is also our opportunity to evaluate your needs, your team & projects, and your overall business structure.

We are now a team. As a team, we want to identify what can be taken off your plate simply and effectively. This is your opportunity to meet your dedicated Online Business Manager, the person who will have their hands in all of the inner workings of your business moving forward. They will be maintaining a well-oiled machine, allowing you to get back to the parts of the business you love.


Suit up! This is where we get serious. During the first 90 days, we do a full audit of all your business’ processes. During the first two weeks, we look at files, procedures, and strictly observe how your beautiful business operates. The absolute earliest any implementation will occur is two weeks after your Business Intensive call.

This is a time to show us examples of how you operate, introduce us to staff, and allow us to find our space.


We hone in on what makes your business flourish! We are also on the lookout for which sections need polishing, where money is wasted, and which processes need implementation. As masters of efficiency, we want to make sure your business is reaching its full potential and no tasks are missed.

During this time, we’ll fix immediate leaks and lay the foundations for future projects.


Once we have spent some time in the nitty-gritty of your business, we will help create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). These beautiful work-of-art documents map out exactly how to execute and automate routine tasks. The SOP is given to a staff member who takes that job off your plate so you can get back to the part of the business you love (or you can even book a vacation!).

In addition to SOPs, we will help structure social media campaigns, product launches, and anything else your online biz needs.


Time to get movin’! We want to set up action items and start making things happen. You’ll start seeing your company’s direction and start feeling the stress melt away.
